Welcome to Greenway Meadows, the premiere Senior affordable accessible apartments in Santa Monica.  We are a vibrant Senior Community (62+) featuring affordable and accessible (ADA) apartments designed for your comfort.  You can't beat our rooftop deck ocean views!  Our available ADA apartments feature bath tubs with grab bars, adaptable counter heights, no stairs, wheelchair accessible, widened doorways, ADA doorbell with strobe light, and more.  This accessible apartment complex features an elevator and is close to the beach in Santa Monica. We pride ourselves on providing safe, mobility-friendly and sensory-friendly apartments.
